About Us

Our People

Just as the ICM™ concept takes a multi-disciplined approach, so too are the backgrounds of each of our people.  It is these diverse careers and life experiences that are essential to providing our ICM™ service and we look forward to discussing them with you.

Dahlia Goldenberg, Green Arrow Partners President & Founding Partner

Dahlia created Green Arrow Partners as the logical culmination of her more than 15 years experience in television and public relations.  With a front row seat to the many changes in technology, finance and news reporting, she noticed two trends emerge: one where companies spoke from multiple platforms using multiple spokespeople often causing dissonance and confusion in the markets; the second was the increasing democratization of information.  Using her experience working on both sides of the PR/media divide, she created the ICM™ concept to help companies change the way they communicate and take advantage of rather than simply respond to the transformation in technology and information delivery.

Dahlia previously worked as a segment producer at CNBC and an editorial producer at CNN and CNNfn.  Key beats covered included foreign affairs, public policy, regulation, economics, energy and technology.  In addition to pitching and developing stories for these international news networks, she conducted pre-interviews on a daily basis with leading economists, analysts, CEOs and portfolio managers, think tank fellows, journalists, academics and elected officials in Washington and around the world.

Before joining the world of broadcast journalism, Dahlia worked as a public relations manager for some of New York’s top PR agencies representing a wide range of clients in the technology, telecom and financial sectors.
